Episode 94
The loneliness epidemic has been plaguing Americans, with the surgeon general coming out last year saying that loneliness is equivalent to smoking 15 cigarettes per day in terms of the impact on our health. The solution is social connection, and in this episode we'll discuss how social connection impacts our health and three specific ways to engage and create new friends.
